Stephanie Gardella - author, guide, creator of The Art of Rewilding

The Story Behind the Stories

Stephanie Gardella didn't set out to write a book about transformation. The transformation happened first—uninvited, unrelenting, and entirely necessary.

A lifelong student of depth psychology, astrology, and the unnamed forces that shape a life, Steph writes at the intersection of the personal and the archetypal. Her work explores what happens when the structures we've built to keep ourselves safe begin to crumble— and what emerges from the rubble.

The Pluto Complex is her first book: part memoir, part psychological inquiry, and entirely a reckoning with the parts of herself the world tried to silence. It is a book for anyone who has ever been taken apart by life and had to learn how to put themselves back together—differently.

The Art of Rewilding is the framework that emerged from that reckoning. It is an invitation to remember, rebel, and reclaim— a practice of returning to the self that existed before the world told you who to be.

What Guides the Work

Truth Over Comfort

The most meaningful work happens at the edge of what we're willing to say. Steph writes toward that edge, not away from it.

Depth Over Performance

In a world of surfaces, this work dives beneath. It is not interested in looking good. It is interested in being real.

Embodied Wisdom

Understanding is not enough. The body remembers what the mind forgets. True transformation is felt, not just known.
